This machine is a CNC grooving unit featuring continuous control across three axes(longitudinal Z,transverse X,and rotary C).It automatically performs grooving operations on grinding rolls of various specifications.It ensures uniform grooving,stable and reliable operation,and exceptionally high efficiency.

1.Machine Bed and Guideways

The bed features a two-piece structure.The saddle utilizes linear guideways,which are suitable for high-speed machining and characterized by high rigidity and a long service life.

2.Workpiece Rotary Indexing Head

The workpiece rotary indexing head is a precision CNC unit,offering high accuracy,strong rigidity,and a long service life.

3.Feed Drive

The saddle's main drive employs a precision rack-and-pinion system,ensuring stable machining accuracy,high positioning precision,smooth operation,and a long service life.

4.Tool Rest

The tool rest is a proprietary manual design;it holds the tool securely with high rigidity,making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting.

5.Control and Electrical Systems

(1)The CNC system is a SIEMENS 808D,capable of simultaneous control across three axes.It is paired with matching servo motors from the same brand.It includes self-diagnosis and comprehensive fault alarm functions,as well as a machine alarm indicator light.

(2)The electrical cabinet is sealed and equipped with an air-cooling system.

8.Lubrication System

The CNC indexing head uses an oil-bath lubrication system;the saddle,guideways,and slide plate utilize an automatic intermittent lubrication system.

9.Machine Guarding

Semi-enclosed guarding is employed.
