This machine is a CNC grooving unit featuring continuous control across three axes(longitudinal Z,transverse X,and rotary C).It automatically performs grooving operations on grinding rolls of various specifications,delivering uniform grooving,stable and reliable performance,and high efficiency.
1.Machine Bed and Guideways
The bed features a two-piece structure.The saddle utilizes linear guideways suitable for high-speed machining,characterized by high rigidity and a long service life.
2.Workpiece Rotary Indexing Head
The workpiece rotary indexing head is a CNC-controlled unit,offering high precision,high rigidity,and a long service life.
3.Feed Drive
The saddle drive employs a rack-and-pinion mechanism,ensuring stable machining accuracy,high positioning precision,smooth operation,and a long service life.
4.Tool Rest
The tool rest is a proprietary manual design;it ensures secure tool clamping and high rigidity,making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
5.Control and Electrical Systems
(1)The CNC system is a SIEMENS 808D,supporting simultaneous control of three axes.It is paired with matching servo motors for the feed axes.The system includes self-diagnosis and comprehensive fault alarm functions,as well as a machine status indicator light.
(2)The electrical cabinet is sealed and equipped with an air-cooling system.
8.Lubrication System
The CNC indexing head uses an oil-bath lubrication system,while the saddle,guideways,and slide plates utilize an automatic intermittent lubrication system.
